TITHING
Your generosity enables us to carry out our mission of reaching people with the life-giving message of Jesus and helping them experience life change. At Spark, we teach and practice the Biblical principle of tithing. The Bible teaches us that we worship the Lord with our tithe, which is ten percent of our income contributed to the church on a regular basis.
“You must each make up your own mind as to how you should give. Don’t give reluctantly or in response to pressure. For God loves the person who gives cheerfully.” 2 Corinthians 9:7
KINGDOM BUILDERS
However, God not only calls us to give as an act of obedience, but to give generously. Once you are faith-fully tithing, we would like you to consider giving above and beyond. When we feel called to give over and above our tithe, we give to Kingdom Builders.
Each year we set specific goals for outreach and campus expansion so that more and more people can be reached with the Gospel by partnering with local and global organizations. Kingdom Builders are people who give sacrificially, above and beyond their tithe, to help us expand the Kingdom of God.
